Cottage Amenities

Reception is where your holiday begins. On arrival you will be warmly welcomed by a member of the Hicks family. The ancient grade II listed barn with its original wooden beams and cobbled floor will give you a flavour of the 600 years of history Tregarton offers.

Located near to the shop is our tourist information room. You will find leaflets to attractions throughout Cornwall including special discounted entry flyers.

Sitting Room
On entering the cottage, to the left of the hallway the sitting room overlooks the side garden and out to the front. For your entertainment there is a 32” television with freeview and DVD player. You will also find a selection of games for you to use during your stay.

Kitchen/Dining Room
Across from the sitting room is the 26ft kitchen/dining room, with windows to both the front and back. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer and utility area with washing machine. The dining room has a solid oak dining table and chairs, which seats 6, plus has a double sofa bed and wall-mounted television.

Upstairs you will find the fully tiled bathroom with shower over the bath, w/c and wash basin. There is also plenty of space to put your toiletries on the vanity unit and built-in tiled shelving.
